GlowVideo is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts, images, and other inputs using advanced artificial intelligence models. The Service includes:

• A credit-based system for accessing generation features

04Account Eligibility and Security

• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

05User Inputs and Generated Content

Your Inputs

You retain all rights to the content you provide as input to the Service, including text prompts, images, videos, and other materials ("User Inputs"). By submitting User Inputs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated video content created through the Service using your inputs ("Generated Content"). You may use Generated Content for personal and commercial purposes, provided that:

• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You do not misrepresent AI-generated content as being entirely human-created where disclosure is required by law
• You do not use Generated Content in a manner that infringes on the rights of others

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors in any way
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals without their consent
• Is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others

06Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Subscription Plans

GlowVideo offers subscription plans that provide access to credits and premium features. Subscription details, including pricing, features, and credit allocations, are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.

App Store and Web Billing

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's terms and billing policies. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Play Store, you must manage your subscription and cancellation through the respective store's settings.

For purchases made directly through our website, billing is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You may manage your subscription through your account settings on our website.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the billing platform used. For App Store or Play Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted through the respective store. For web purchases, please contact us at contact@glowvideo.ai within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are generally not available for credits that have already been used.

07Trials, Credits, and Usage Limits

GlowVideo uses a credit-based system for AI video generation. Credits are consumed when you use generation features. The number of credits required per generation depends on the model, resolution, duration, and other parameters selected.

• Free credits may be provided upon registration, through promotions, or via daily check-ins
• Subscription credits are granted as part of your subscription plan and refresh each billing cycle
• Purchased credits are available as one-time credit packages
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Unused free and subscription credits may expire as described in your plan details

We reserve the right to modify the credit system, pricing, and usage limits at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the Service.

08Data Practices

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

09Service Availability, Updates, and Support

We strive to keep the Service available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for the content, functionality, security, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms before using them.

11Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by GlowVideo and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless applicable laws permit it or you have our written permission.

12Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, upload, or distribute harmful, illegal, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our permission
• Circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or content moderation systems
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product

13Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GlowVideo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlowVideo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, including User Inputs and Generated Content.

16Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our content policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

17Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR China. Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

18Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
